chooses all qualified
Candidates
who provided paper version of their
application
form .

chooses the transfer option .

transfers
Candidates
data to the
Students
management
system
.

authorizes in the
Students
management
system

sends
Candidates
data .

Students

verifies the data .

sends an aknowledge message to the

displays information about successful transfer .
