MOD4_UC3: Send message to User

Summary

Administrator and Selection committee can send message to the Candidates .

Preconditions:
- Administrator or Selection committee is logged in to the system.

Main Scenario:

1. Administrator or Selection committee selects sending message option .
2. Administrator or Selection committee selects Users from the list .
3. Administrator or Selection committee enters message .
4. Administrator or Selection committee confirms sending a message .
5. System sends a message to the User e-mail .
6. System confirms sending the e-mail to selected Users .

Extensions:

2.A No User was selected.
2.A.1. System informs that at least one User should be selected .
2.A.2. Go back to step 2 .
2.B The list of Users is empty and the actor is Administrator.
2.B.1. System shows option to add new User .
2.B.2. Use case finishes .
3.A Entered message is empty.
3.A.1. System informs that message can not be empty .
3.A.2. System shows the template messages .
3.A.3. Administrator or Selection commitee chooses template .
3.A.4. System inserts template as message .
3.A.5. Go back to step 3 .
