Summary

Each candidate can provide opinion and ask questions at the admission forum .

Preconditions:
- Candidate is logged in to the system.

Main Scenario:

1. Candidate chooses to view a forum .
2. Candidate chooses a thread he/she would like to add a post .
3. Candidate enters text of the post .
4. Candidate chooses the save option .
5. System stores the post .
