MOD4_UC3: Send a message to User

Summary

Administrator and Selection committee can send message to the Candidates .

Preconditions:
- Administrator or Selection committee is logged in to the system.

Main Scenario:

1. Administrator or Selecting committee selects the send a message option .
2. Administrator or Selecting committee selects Users from the list .
3. Administrator or Selecting committee enters the message .
4. Administrator or Selecting committee confirms sending the message .
5. System sends the message to the User e-mail

Extensions:

2.A No User was selected.
2.A.1. System informs that at least one account has to be selected .
2.A.2. Go back to step 2 .
2.B The list of Users is empty and the actor is Administrator.
2.B.1. System shows an option to add new User .
2.B.2. Use case finishes .
3.A Entered message is empty.
3.A.1. System informs that the message can not be empty .
3.A.2. System shows the template messages .
3.A.3. Administrator or Selecting committee chooses a template .
3.A.4. System inserts the template as message .
3.A.5. Go back to step 3 .
