MOD1_UC8: Apply for payment cancellation

Summary

Candidate can apply for payment cancellation if he/she chosen to apply for a major by mistake .

Preconditions:
- Candidate is logged in to the system.

Main Scenario:

1. Candidate chooses one of the selected and payed majors .
2. Candidate chooses the apply for cancellation option .
3. System presents the application form .
4. Candidate provides justification for the payment cancellation .
5. System stores the application .
6. Selecting committee analyses application as an issue . [ MOD2 . UC14 ]
7. Selecting committee confirms payment cancellation .
8. System sends information to the Candidate that the cancellation has been accepted and how money can be refunded .

Extensions:

7.A Selecting committee cancels the application.
7.A.1. System sends information to the Candidate that the cancellation has been rejected .

4.A Some obligatory data was not provided.
